Mike Hallett, CollabNet |

Mike Hallett is the Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations at CollabNet. He has 30 years of experience with consistent achievement in leading organizations towards growth and profitability. At CollabNet, Hallett is responsible for executing a variety of channel strategies both domestically and abroad, expanding the company's execution-oriented field teams, and contributing to the strategic expansion plans CollabNet has set forth.
Hallett joined CollabNet from Questra, an intelligent device management company where he was senior vice president of worldwide sales. Prior to Questra, he served as senior vice president at Kintana, Where he doubled the company's revenue growth in 2001 and 2002, and helped drive the strategic repositioning that led to the successful acquisition by Mercury Interactive. Hallett served in various executive-level sales and business development roles at Oracle and Siebel during the rapid rise of both companies in the 1990s, and also held senior positions at Stratus Computer, Ultimate Inc., Honeywell, and Philips. |

| Sushma Raj, Threshold |
Sushma Rajagopalan (Raj) is a sophisticated business executive with over 16 years of management experience in the IT, software, and investment banking industries. Prior to joining Threshold, Ms. Rajagopalan served as Vice President of Global Consulting and Global Learning at RedHat, a $90 million (annual revenue) developer of Linux and open source solutions for Internet infrastructure.
Previously, Ms. Rajagopalan served in various executive positions, including managing the operations of Mastech Corporation, a $400 million IT professional services company with 6,000 employees worldwide. With the repositioning of Mastech to iGate Capital, Ms. Rajagopalan became the operating head of a portfolio company, Enterprise Network Solutions. While at Enterprise Network Solutions, she engineered a merger with Planning Technologies, Inc. to create a market leading entity and provide an exit for stakeholders. Ms. Rajagopalan also held senior positions with Citicorp’s investment bank in India and CMC, an IBM offshoot also located in India. In addition to her work experience, Ms. Rajagopalan teaches graduate business curriculum in entrepreneurship at Pennsylvania State University Graduate School of Business.
Ms. Rajagopalan holds an M.A in Personnel Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in India and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University with a focus in entrepreneurship and strategy. |

| Robert Urwiler, CIO Now |
Robert Urwiler founded CIO Now following a successful twenty year career in corporate Information Technology management. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and CIO of Macromedia, a $500M software company based in San Francisco, through their successful acquisition by Adobe Systems. At Macromedia, Robert was responsible for all aspects of Information Technology and Customer Support including global product hosting, eCommerce platform development, macromedia.com, ERP, CRM, and Business Analytics as well as global IT Operations and Network management.
Prior to Macromedia, Robert was Senior Vice President and CIO at Peregrine Systems (since acquired by HP), a global software company which peaked at over $400M in annual revenue. At Peregrine, he gained extensive experience with the unique IT challenges associated with an aggressive acquisition-based corporate growth strategy. In addition to IT, Robert also led the global facilities management and security functions for the company.
Preceding Peregrine, Robert served in IT leadership roles at Scientific-Atlanta, Sprint, and was an IT management consultant at Price Waterhouse (since acquired by IBM).
Throughout his career, Robert has distinguished himself as a strategic and proactive IT leader with a solid reputation for results through management excellence. He has led teams of over 200 professionals and budgets in excess of $50M annually. Robert is also an experienced public speaker and published author.
Robert holds a Masters degree in Technology Management from Mercer University and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of The CIO Collective, The Council of Communications Advisors, and The Society for Information Management. Robert currently resides in Southern California. |
