- Development and execution of automated test scenarios
for UI, Business Logic, Platform Services and adapter
functionalities.
- Perform functional testing, Performance and Load
testing, Write automated test scripts.
- Develop, document and ensure timely completion of QA
deliverables (i.e. test plans, test cases, test scripts,
metrics, test reports, etc.)
- Coordinate efforts with product/implementation team
members to ensure that software quality assurance
standards and 'testability' of requirements are met
throughout all phases of Product/Customer Implementation
Life cycle.
- Identify, report and monitor defects, Work closely with
Product/Implementation teams to resolve quality issues
- Actively identify and communicate QA issues and
potential risks

- Work with Professional Services team to deliver
reports/analytics for implementations
- Define reporting enhancements and requirements
for the product
- Synthesize/collate data from multiple sources to
create reports for various roles, and drill down to
the most detail
- Need to work on multi-dimensional databases and
data ware houses
- Gather data reporting requirements from internal
team
Familiarity to help desk, project management, IT
service management tools is an added value

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent with
minimum 5 years of hands on experience of working
with J2EE stack technologies, reporting software and
Business Intelligence technologies
- Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to
detail

- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing

- Should be comfortable in a start up environment
and wear multiple hats
- Very comfortable using with Excel for modeling
- Advanced skill in writing complex SQL/PLSQL

and javascripting.
- Experience with Online Analytical Processing (OLAP)
tools – i.e. MicroStrategy, Actuate, BIRT, Crystal
